Our care coordinators will work closely with your carrier to help maximize the benefits you’re entitled to, with a special focus on preventative strategies before issues pop up.
In addition to accepting insurance, we are also a fee-for-service office. This means that we provide high-quality dental care regardless of our patient's insurance coverage. We believe that every child deserves access to quality dental care, and we work with families to ensure that they receive the care they need. All fees are easy to understand so that you don’t have to guess about your family’s oral health expenses.
During your child’s care planning process, we’ll discuss our recommendations and whether other alternatives are available. You’ll have the chance to talk through the treatment process ahead of time so that you know what options are available before committing to a specific treatment.
We understand that unexpected or more complex dental treatment can catch you off guard at times. Sometimes it can be challenging to plan for adjunctive services, too, such as Invisalign. That’s why we offer flexible payment options to help make dental care more accessible for Cincinnati families. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Additionally, we offer financing options through CareCredit, a third-party financing company that specializes in healthcare financing. CareCredit allows our patients to pay for their dental treatments over time with flexible payment plans and low-interest rates.
